You can use this menu point if you have received information from our company that the mandatory contract details are incomplete.
Please enter the customer ID number received in the information letter and the ID number of one of the water meters, and then press the continue button.
You will then see the missing details, which we ask you to fill in. Click send to start submitting. The data will be displayed in pop-up for validation, then use the Save button to finalize the data.
