My online cases

If you have previously sent a message to our company in the Message sending menu and received an e-mail notification that a reply has been received, you can display your message and our reply on this interface.

To view the response, you will need the notification Number of your message (found in the confirmation email we sent you) and the 8 digits password or "Device Location" ID. (készülékhely), that you entered as your password.

If you have previously confirmed your e-mail address and received it via the link in the e-mail, the case ID number and password have already been entered, all you have to do is tick the “I am not a robot” box and press the DISPLAY CASE DETAILS button.

If you want supplement your own message previously sent, or if you have a new question or find that our answer is incomplete, you can send a new message by using the "pencil icon" and adding the new message text.

Registration number, case identification number, which was sent via e-mail at the time the application was made.
The password you provided when started the case or the device identification number – without pre-zeroing.
If you have followed our instruction, your password contain of your month and day of birth and the last 4 digits of your phone number. For example: 01015678
If you have started your search as a customer, the password is the same as your "Készülékhely" ID.
