We will respond by email to confirm the notification. Please check that you have entered the correct email address, then confirm your email address using the link in the message you received. If you can't find the message in your inbox, check your spam / mail folder as well.
If the number of attachments exceeds the number of messages that can be sent in one message, you can attach an additional attachment to the initiated case after sending it.
You will be able to view the sent request, its attachments and our response to it in the ADMINISTRATION TASK IN PROGRESS menu item, and we will notify you by e-mail when the response has been completed.

You can also report a meter reading without registration (if you do not currently have a period, the system will display the next dictation period).
If you want to report a consumer change, please use the report change menu item.
